Richard Zingaro! We wanted to sell our home in Matamoras and reached out to Realty executives. We were put in touch with Richard Zingaro at the beginning of May. The day before our house was to go on the market, our septic system failed and had to be replaced. From May to November, Richard stayed in contact with us and even put us in touch with a NRS excavating who did our septic system. Richard wanted to put the house starting at 292k and ultimately got us 38k over asking.
