Pat has a 5 rating for a reason; within the field of Estate law he is one of the best. Take it from an executor that had to deal with a myriad of problems, a handful of different attorneys, covering two states, that lasted 10 years. Yes, 10 years. Pat came in at a time I was near my wits end, and I needed an attorney who could pick up the pieces from a former attorney who retired. Also I needed an ear to voice my frustrations to, and Pat did that on top of providing experienced legal guidance that went beyond just an opinion. Pat knows the law, which is what you want. My case was stressful, time consuming and very unexpected. This case transpired because of a different attorney my husband and I hired 27 years ago. (Who has since retired) Specific legal documents that were required to have very precise wording in it to ensure our wishes for the future. Sadly, we were unaware of his mistake in the wording of this document.
