Very warm and friendly environment
An extra special Thank You to Daryl with the telephone customer service team for taking my call and following up with me regarding some of the packaging that was missing from an online order that was placed. I called after 5pm on Saturday 09/28 to follow up on an overnighted shipment for the packaging that was never received and Daryl was kind enough to call the T&Co at La Cantera, San Antonio, TX to notify the store that I can stop by to get the packaging. Fast forward to Sunday 09/29 after 1pm and Erica at La Cantera was able to resolve the issue. Daryl, you are much appreciated in your efforts and your actions made it right. A great company, they load very quickly, and the people here are good
Beautiful building and wonderful technology but there is one horrible training teacher in charge, and the HR staff is extremely lazy, and prejudice. And, don't expect the security guards to help you find the right door to get into the building the first time you arrive.
