I took my daughter for consult on a possible divorce. He was very thorough, professional and answered all questions completely. He explained the entire process and what would be expected. My daughter was not pressured to retain in any way, but well advised on what she needed to do to protect herself. He also offered mediation services if both parties were in agreement which would save timely court fees etc. When my daughter had mediation, every single thing that happened was handled exactly how attorney Todd Wallman explained. There were no surprises, and she knew exactly what to do. If you are not sure of your rights, even if you think you cannot afford to retain; you should still get a consultation. The consultation was not a ton of money and well worth every penny! Don't gamble doing things on your own and then having regrets and living with the consequences of not having legal knowledge that may have benefited you.
