Top Tier Auto Spa

My name is Joe DAgosto. I found Top Tier on social media and was impressed with their posts. The before and after took me by surprise and had to give them a shot. I’ve never been a fan of black cars since the show so many paint imperfections quickly. Black is a very sensitive color but my vehicle looks so sharp in black, I couldn’t resist. Initially I inquired about ceramic coating but during my conversation with Eddy (very, very patient man) we discussed other options. PPF with ceramic was the way to go and although a bit pricey, definitely worth the investment if you’re as much of a lunatic as I am with a clean car.
So I got my appointment within a week and their office sent me all paperwork and forms to compete with various estimates based on my budget. Dropped my car off and although it took a bit longer than I thought, I wasn’t complaining because the minute you enter the establishment you just know it’s going to be a great experience and boy was I not disappointed. The crew here is young, but respectful, knowledgeable and patient with this old man’s questions. These guys took such good care of the car, and keeping me updated. Mind you my car had only 116 miles on it straight from the dealer but the paint had so many swirls and light scratches I knew it needed help. When I got the call the car was done I wasn’t expecting it to be as good as it turned out. I’m telling you as a 58 year old car guy, RUN to Top Tier get some serious consultation and work done. From PPF, to tints, to ceramic to a simple car wash these guys KNOW their stuff and you can tell they are passionate about their crafts. It’s an investment for sure, but the prices were very reasonable considering their competition. They weren’t the cheapest, but by far not the most expensive. Go for it. You won’t regret it. Thank you Eddy and crew. Customer for life and will be recommending them to all my gear head friends.

Ive taken all of my cars here and the place does a phenomenal job, the atmosphere is welcoming and the guys really take their time to make sure your car leaves looking its best, you guys have a customer for life

I went in for a ceramic 4 year coating. I saw their service menu when I walked in and added everything. Tint as well. The convertible top is jet black and the paint looks like glass. HUGE difference even on a well maintained car. They sent text messages with updates. The gentlemen that perform the work, dive deep for perfection. 10/10 .

Follow up review: I accidentally scuffed the curing ceramic finish. In a panic I called texted the office and they told me not to worry. They booked me first thing in the am and reversed the damage I caused in the same day. They even washed the car.

Came here for a quick exterior handwashing and interior cleaning. Was not disappointed with the service and level of attention put into the cleaning. The price was a bit higher than I’m used to, but worth it. I needed the cleaning ASAP and wasn’t able to go to my regular spot in Elizabeth at the time. They move fast and as long as you don’t have your stuff spread out your car they work around and under whatever you need. Pleasantly enjoyed the great service I received Wednesday. Their waiting area is very clean and offers snacks and drinks. I wish I could’ve watched as my car got cleaned but unfortunately all the windows have been covered up. I’m not sure if that was temporary or permanently (hopefully not).

I’ve been coming to TOP Tier Auto Spa for a few months now, and every time they deliver-no shortcuts, no half-done jobs, just consistently top-tier work. The service is always professional, and the attention to detail is crazy good.

What I really appreciate is how much pride they take in what they do. It’s not just a quick wash and go-they treat your car like it’s their own. Every visit, my car leaves looking flawless.

If you’re looking for quality and consistency with people who actually care about the work, this is the spot. Highly recommend.
