Classic "old-skool" neighborhood hardware store. What you need without being overwhelming and staff who seems to know where everything is. Had to have a storm door screen fixed; they clearly used quality material and the work looks like it was done with care.
The Orange & Blue big boxes may cost less, but the friendly service made Total Hardware a great experience. I will be back.
Helpful staff on multiple occasions. Stayed t open during a black out and sold me what I needed to get inverter working and save the contents of the fridge

One of mine favorite local hardware in Sayreville! Lot of stuff! Look around no one bothers you! They ask need help! I always say just looking. Prices are very good!!! Great help if you need them!
Great mom and pop hardware store. The people that work here are helpful. Although it's a small place, it's a bit over filled and not exactly easy to navigate, but once you know where things are, you'll probably find what you're looking for for your odd jobs.
