Towne Car Wash & Detail Center

Just went for a car wash and heard a loud bang and crashing. The car wash stopped working and I’m sitting there wondering if something happened to my car it finally went through and no one apologized for the wait or explained what was going on. I then asked them to not spray inside the car, just vacuum and they could wipe off the dust. I hate the smell of whatever chemicals the use to clean the inside and it gives me a headache and I can smell it for days. I’m standing outside and I see someone spraying down the inside of the car! To be fair it was just one person but now the entire car smells and I’m pissed and now have to spray it all down myself to get the smell out. It was also still dripping wet outside in a lot of spots and there’s multiple large crumbs from my kids food on the mat that were not vacuumed well. The men were nice though. Also the price was a lot for a basic car wash.

They broke something in my car and ordered a replacement part, but didn't actually fix it. I switched places after that. Towne wash is hit or miss depending on how busy they are. The guys are hard workers and try hard, but sometimes they can't keep up and everything doesn't get done. For some reason my car was never fully dried and as soon as I drive away it drips down my rear window. They frequently close early if they are not busy enough or if the weather is bad.

First time customer, requested the top plan for $47. Explained to both the men who took my car in, and outside guys finishing up, that I need the inside clean most important due to kids in the car. They were super fast, and the outside was sparkling, that’s why the second star was give. At first when I left it looked decent inside. Once I seen in detail the outrageous lack of cleaning they did once I got home, I needed to write this. I spent another 2 hours vacuuming inside and wiping the mess all around the car. No detailed vacuuming, no detailed wiping. A rip off of a car wash.
