    Omar was here for a heating issue which turned out to be a bad thermostat. He worked on it and eventually installed a new Amana thermostat.
    Excellent work and very personable.
    Sunray is a great company with quick response time.

    *2 stars because our HVAC system works fine but the customer service is shocking.*

    Sunray Services installed both a central and ductless A/C system in our home for approximately $20,000. While the A/C systems themselves are functional and work well, the overall experience has been extremely disappointing and not what we expected for such a significant investment.

    After installation, they left a large mess—sawdust, wood scraps, plastic debris, and other trash were scattered throughout the work areas. Even worse, our attic stairs were broken during the process, and no one informed us. Despite several phone calls and emails to address these issues, we received no response.

    More recently, we had a leak from our ductless unit. A technician came and claimed there was no issue, but the leaking continued. We had to call another technician a few days later, who did fix the problem. However, he also upsold us on a range of maintenance services totaling around $900—services we’re still unsure were necessary. The whole process felt more like a sales pitch than a service call.

    We will not be working with Sunray Services again. It feels like they care more about pushing extra services than taking care of their customers. For the amount we spent, we expected far better professionalism, communication, and accountability.

    I used Sunray when I first moved into my house almost 10 years ago, and I used them again last week when I had a small flood damage both furnace and hot water heater. Sunray is great! They are dependable, professional, and their on-site crews are really super people. We had Drew and Spencer come by for our initial assessment and they were so informative, helpful, and just really great guys. I decided to purchase both brand new hot water heater and furnace because in the long run I felt it was the better choice. The installation team - Felix, Justin, and Marco - were nothing less than fantastic! They were very curteous, knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, and quick. I learned a lot from them, like tips and safety measures. I really appreciate Sunray Services because they provide top-notch service that I can trust and count on. Thank you, Sunray!!! 👍👍
