    Good service.
Slipped in a 3% service fee for using a credit card. Didn't tell me till after the purchase.
The rebate was only good if I used a Goodyear credit card.

I have been doing business with Tri-State for at least 17 years and has never had a problem with the shop or any of the work the mechanics performed on my vehicles Grant Sr and Grant Jr run the shop like a well oiled machine and I'm not exaggerating. It is a great running shop and deserve to be praised for the awesome work they and their mechanics do. Keep up the great work guys, I will always bring you my business!💯👍🙏

    NO CHARGE ON WINDOW REPAIR
I dropped my car off to have the driver window repaired - as soon as it hit the top it would go down to full open. Only way to close window was to multi "tap" the window button and get window as close to top wo touching top.
They called me a few hours later and said it was fixed, maybe just temporarily but it was working. The took the controller off and did something w connections and it was working, and they didn't charge me for it!!
