TUCANES Restaurant

We recently visited Tucanes and absolutely loved it. I went with my wife and her sister, and we all enjoyed a delicious, authentic Costa Rican meal. The highlight for us was the gallo pinto — perfectly seasoned, comforting, and true to the flavors you’d expect back home. It tasted just like something you’d enjoy in a Costa Rican kitchen on a Sunday morning.

The service was warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere made us feel immediately comfortable. Portions were generous, everything was freshly prepared, and the presentation showed real care. It’s rare to find a place that captures the genuine spirit of Costa Rican cuisine, but Tucanes truly delivers.

This is the kind of restaurant you want to return to again and again.

My husband and I went there for our anniversary. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. The music played in background was calm and relaxing. The food was amazing. And our waitress was so kind and sweet. I will be recommending you to all my friends.

Every time I go in, I order my favorite, Gallo Pinto. Personally, I prefer it with carne con salsa; I'm not a chicken or steak girl. An amazing restaurant with a pleasant environment and tasty meals.

Just recently, we hosted a birthday here at Tucanes, and let me tell you, the service was exceptionally good. Everyone was super friendly and catered to our every need. The restaurant is beautifully designed as well. Everyone at the table raved about how good the food was as well. It's the best Costa Rican restaurant ever!☆
