Great company to do business with! I had a bunch of last minute containers sitting at the terminal without my knowledge and then on the last free day I was asked by my boss if they had all been picked up yet!
Turns out he had been getting the emails from the forwarder and not forwarding them to me! I scrambled and Uncommon Carrier came to the rescue! They picked them all up saving us thousands of dollars in demurrage! Not only did they get them all off the terminal so we didn't incur demurrage over the holiday weekend but they didn't even try to hike the prices up or kill us with accessorial charges! They then proceeded to transload the containers the very next day for us and shipped all 12 loads the same day!
My boss was so impressed and happy with the service that he told me to start using them for everything from now on!
They are our 1 stop shop now for all our shipping needs! They're doing what my other carrier used to do but they are doing it cheaper and faster! I wish I had found them years ago!

Went there twice front desk was amazing, she was very nice never rude and professional. guy named rashan loading me nice guy. some of these comments are unnecessary. My judgment my experience staff is great !
