Highly recommend if you need onsite or take away storage options. The whole team were so easy to deal with. Lee in the office was incredibly helpful and pickup and drop off were a breeze (one of the friendliest drivers I’ve ever met).
We had our wood floors refinished. What an undertaking! But Lee was amazing and hooked us up with movers and a container. She held our hand the whole way. Everyone was professional from the delivery driver to the movers and finally to Rick who coordinates the movers - Rufus and Giovanni! Thank you Lee for guiding us and now it’s like we have a new house ! Highly recommend this service!
The team at Units New Jersey did a phenomenal job. They were extremely professional from start to finish. The storage unit arrived in perfect condition and was exactly as described. Most impressively, they navigated our very narrow driveway with ease and delivered right on time. The payment process was simple, and pickup was just as smooth once we were finished. Highly recommend!
They made everything so easy.
We changed the dates they we wanted drop off, we changed pick up dates. They accommodated everything. Better service and cheaper than pods.
Also once we were all unpacked, they came to the next day to remove the Unit from the driveway.
Also I was in contact with the same person over the month, much easier to shoot them a text or call them directly.
The personal touch of units made it that much easier. Can not recommend them enough. Thank you Lee for all of your help!
Units of NJ delivered the pod on today's date, Tues., June 24, 2025 without incident, on time and on my driveway, in approx. 15 to 20 minute. Charlene from NC, Barbara and Randy Miller have all been pleasant, informative, knowledgeable and professional. 5 Stars given to all. Thank you.
