Great place for everyone to enjoy. Plenty of parking. Market Basket not like the Massachusetts ones but still a very good place for quality products..
Market Basket is a niche market. Lots of high end items such as Chilean sea bass, tomahawk steaks, expensive prosciutto and cheeses. They also have plenty of delicious regular items, chicken, burgers, a great deli counter, floral items, bread, etc. The service is always top notch and the quality of every item is excellent.
There's just no other place quite like Market Basket. This is some of the highest quality food you can find. Does it cost a little more? Of course, but if you enjoy eating this is worth the extra few bucks. Wraps and sandwiches are delicious. Quiches are excellent quality. Always plenty of staff to keep things moving.
Good selection just always crowded which isn't a bad thing. If you need the deli counter grab your ticket and do your other shopping first. By the time your done you shouldn't have thst much longer a wait. Great steaks and prepared sides and meals. Also the peppered tuna is very good.
Market basket sells high quality groceries. Everything front their produce to the bakery is sourced from the best available. They have their own bakery for cakes and cookies and chocolates. Their meats and fish are high quality. Prepared food section is one of the best you will find at any supermarket. Of course, you pay for the quality, but if you want the best, come to the MB. Prepared foods are actually pretty reasonable. Good lunch spot in the area.
