Very clean & well cared for.
Two full bathrooms & 2 bedrooms.
Rental.
My husband and I moved here a few months ago. We love love this peaceful neighborhood. The neighbors we have met are very pleasant. Supermarket and restaurants are only a short 5 minute drive to. The beautiful lake and park is great to take our grandson to and take walks with our dogs. So happy we chose this neighborhood and recommend to others who are looking for a beautiful peaceful neighborhood to move to.
It's a mobile home park. Some newer places from what I saw, but mostly older ones. Fairly new place that I looked at was available for $975/month. Also the ONLY mobile home that I've ever seen that has natural gas service! Big plus! Unfortunately they don't allow my German Shepherd Dog as it's on the prohibited breed list.
Great little place. Manager is very nice. Clean, neat place to live. 55 and over community.
My Mother has lived here for years...she just loves it...good neighbors & is centrally located.
