Great place to live. People are friendly and they have good activities for all.

HAPPY & HEALTHY NEW YEAR TO ALL.
I live here and have 410 years. You would think they follow more of the protocols than they do a lot of people get away with stuff that they’re not supposed to because everybody else is supposed to follow the rules of the park and some of the people don’t that are friendly with the office people Why I don’t know if we tried it. We would get in trouble they get away with it.
This is an updated review as I have been living in Homestead Run for 12 years now. I moved from one mobile home to another and this community has become a better place to live each and every year that I am here. There are a lot of activities offered, a salt water pool, and auctions with beautiful prizes. It's a community committed to excellence from the owners, to the main office to the maintenance staff. Immaculately clean and has a lot to offer anyone who wants to reside and or retire at the Jersey shore.
Just moved here 2 months ago , very nice and quiet. Neighbors seem nice. I gave 4 stars cause there's no where to go without a car.
I attended a wedding on Sunday. My son and I had a great time. The gazebo was wonderful, the hall where the reception was was great. Everything about the wedding including Homestead Run was awesome 👌 👏 👍 😍
