Jason was excellent. He was very thorough when I asked questions. He had answers very simple for me to understand which is very important to me and he even encourages me that everything is gonna go good. He’s getting five day straight to do the work. I can’t say enough and I thank him very much for being here today and we’re going forward with a new beginning in my house. I feel right now very comfortable and I thank Jason very much. The Echelon Electrical Team did a fine job with the work done at our home. They repaired a prior service from another company and serviced existing home electrical needs. They were conscious of our home and took care to be neat as they completed their work. They are trustworthy with quotes and with the financial part of the job. This should be the first company to call for all your needs. They show as scheduled and on time.

I purchased a Jackery 5000 plus solar generator and Smart Transfer Switch and needed to find an electrical contractor who was familiar with this system to do the install.
The owner Andrew and the rep Jason who estimated the job are both very knowledgeable with the Jackery product.
The two technicians Abner and Sean who did the install were fantastic, very knowledgeable, friendly, polite and most importantly very clean about how they work.
They addressed all my concerns and did the install exactly as it was quoted.
I highly recommend Exhelon if you’re looking for a similar install or any kind of electrical work.
