Overall the hotel is in a great spot on Rt.37 and definitely quiet being set off the road. Staff is very friendly, ensures you need anything and provides a good basic breakfast to get you going. Coffee is OUTSTANDING!!!
I have stayed at this property several times during the past few years. John, Front Desk Agent was very nice, courteous, extremely professional, informative, and friendly upon my arrival. He provided me with a genuine smile and a very warm and welcoming demeanor- And not a, "Why are you here?" disposition. Upon my arrival, he obtain the necessary information, got me quickly processed, and checked-in. John was happy to help- He treated and addressed me as a valued customer and most of all as a human being!
The property is clean and well maintained. The rooms are very clean and everything is in good condition and working order. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. Although, there are other hotel properties available, I will generally drive 60 minutes out of my way to come to this location because of the staff's friendly and world-class customer service. Honestly, this location offers simple, pest free, safe, quiet, comfortable, and very clean rooms which have all of the basic living amenities. Best of all, there is no riffraff hanging around the property and there is plenty of well lit on-site parking. Another great stay at this location. Stayed here last month for a work job as well. All kinds of places to eat nearby as well. Room was clean and did not have any weird smell. Toilet flushed very slowly, but worked.
