I always have a great experience bringing my Audis to Audi of Bridgewater for service. Ed and team are great to work with. Honest, direct and not pushy. They tell it like it is and I trust them with my cars. Easy to make appointments and the time estimates they provide are usually very accurate so you know how long you’ll be waiting. In my experience, if you schedule an appointment for a specific time, they’re working on your car at that time. The car isn’t just sitting in a queue. They have plenty of tables and chairs, or more comfortable lounge chairs to sit in so I’m able to work remotely while waiting. I highly recommend servicing your Audi at Audi of Bridgewater.

The service manager, Michelle, and the entire service department have gone above and beyond for me several times related to service on my Audi. Whenever I have needed urgent help, they have always quickly responded to my calls and messages and made getting my car back on the road a top priority and several times done this under a tight timeline due to my work and personal travel.
