From soup to nuts, my experience with Victory during the process of roofing was excellent. Their prompt responsiveness, attention to detail, and care with communication and follow-up every step of the way was outstanding. Each technician and representative I dealt with was professional and courteous in demeanor, knowledgeable, and attentive to my concerns. The crew was hardworking and efficient and painstaking in their attention to the fine points of their work. Everyone kept to the schedule, performed their tasks and at the conclusion of the job, were meticulous in cleaning up. I felt they went above and beyond while here at my home.

Victory changed six of my windows in the front of my house. The sales girl Candice was amazing and was so knowledgeable and thorough. She's the reason why I moved forward with this project. Well I am so happy that I did bc the crew came out and worked so hard and efficiently. Everything came out so great and I cannot wait to get my other windows done with them.

I had new gutters and front siding replaced. Victory came in with a quote (forgot his name but very knowledgeable) and within the week they started the job. From the inspectors that came out to do a site survey, to Program manager Mike and crew chief Christian kept me up to date on progress and job was completed in 3 days. These guys do not mess around and cleaned up everything to the last nail. I was very impressed and definitely will recommend!

This company by far goes above and beyond more than any other contracting firm I’ve done business with. I’m renovating my family home that has not seen major repair work since 2001 when it was built. Just had the windows redone and Anthony walked me through the whole renovation and corrected all the flaws I was not happy with. On top of that they installed 25 non standard sized windows/ 6 ft sliding door and 3 architectural windows in a span of less than 8 hours. The crew were clean, respectful of the home and efficient. I also like the fact that they stand by their installation with a 50 year warranty. And the best part: I didn’t have to pay for anything till I was fully satisfied with the install!!! I can’t say enough good things about them. Definitely recommend. They did such a good job on my windows I’m having them do my roof as well.

Second time working with Victory. Nothing but praises from neighbors getting looks at the siding work being done. Color choices were nice, modern, and different. Now my home stands out in a good way. Thanks again Henry, Doug, Craig, Jordan, and Nick for making the transition smooth and easy.
