Bought one - Wont buy another. Now I'm in the market for another vehicle - I will find another dealer.
Bought a used E-350 Service Body in March. Price seemed reasonable at the time, but the truck has a problem with an unsecured bumper that damaged the back door and jammed it closed. I tried to discuss with salesman Mike, but he didn't care... said warranty is expired - too bad for you.
I had a great experience with Vitale motors. Josh was the reason that I flew to New Jersey, bought the truck, and then drove it back to Maine. Tia in the office was also awesome and made the paperwork part of this purchase seamless. I would definitely do business with these strategies folks again.

I brought a 18ft in November 2021 blindly, states away! I was told it would be a few weeks for service and parts. That two 2 weeks turn into 5!!! Due to the pandemic!!! I was very jittery about the deal and very uncomfortable 🥵 But Lo' my salesman Scott McKenna at Vitale help to comfort me. He was there when I call with all my hypertension and he assure me that when I get this truck it would be worth the wait...I did get my truck, with a re built trans and all. Vitale Motors is a great dealer. They selection is far and varied. I can see my self doing business again with the company and my new lost friend Scott McKenna.
