I mean no one no one ever picks up the phone at this location. It’s like pulling teeth, trying to talk to a human person. But then I’m flooded with numerous texts about pick up service. Can I speak to a human person when I call? And it’s sad last year had a great experience with the staffing and environment. The phone was always answered in that heat at that! (No AC last year)
Great environment! Especially when the attendant Ashley is working! She’s a pleasure and always so attentive. She makes sure everyone is good and the store is clean .
Very very pleasant, fast service, staff will go the extra mile to ensure the job is well done. We had a big crew of over 25 people sending laundry twice a week for a good part of a month, never a missing item, never laundry packed incorrectly.

This laundromat is so convenient. The staff is very nice. My first time coming here Marie the owner introduced herself and she was very pleasant to talk to. Nice to see and be able to support a black owned business. They have sales which most laundromats have one set price all the time. Clean atmosphere and clean bathroom. The guy who works there named Herby was very nice and helpful. Machines don't accept coins though you must buy a laundry card.
