Ruben is an asset to the community. He goes out of his way to help customers unique only to him. He's approachable and knowledgeable and never to busy to take the time out to listen to a customer.(me). His location was rebuilt from the ground up recently all new equipment and a brand new shiny modern building and landscaping. It offers ample space , parking and modern shop equipment. Once again Frank and Elite Auto Body Shop put a dang smile on my face! I got side swiped while trying to parallel park in Brooklyn today damaging my entire front left of my brand new Mazda. Called the shop right away, since I entrust him from a similar incident of a fender bender, and he took me in right away. Frank took the time to call each distributor for necessary parts which demonstrated clarity and honesty. Then did everything he could to fix my scratches and dents without having to perform the full getup which would have ran me up a lot of money that I don’t have since I’m a student.
