Had my car taken there after an accident. The staff was very nice and helpful and the tow truck driver was professional and friendly.
My 1994 mazda mpv did not start .Triple A was contacted and sent Congers towing. Tow truck showed up and Gerry the driver was extremely helpful and went beyond of what other drivers would do. I ended up towing to Congers automotive. They diagnose it and it needed a starter. I was impressed with Gio who helped me out. The price he quoted was very fair and the work was done quickly as soon as they recieved the part.
Had to have my car towed there because the clutch burned out while someone else was driving it. Dealt with them exclusively over the phone except for when I picked up the car. Professional and appropriate pricing.
Edit: The clutch didn't feel quite right so I took it to my regular mechanic who informed me that all the parts were assembled correctly but "they forgot to tighten the bolts" lowered my review to 3 stars from 5
I can't recommend this place any higher than to say I would never go anywhere else. The staff are all great and they are fairly priced for repairs. I have never had a complaint with a repair and I take my whole family's cars there. It's a AAA shop so I get the discount too. They even have a towing service which is how I found them. I am so happy my car broke down and they were the towing company because I found an honest auto shop,!
