Been a patient of Dr. Phelps for years. Find her very caring and attentive.
The front desk and office manager are another story. They overcharged me for my copay and when I asked receptionist to fix it she had no idea how to. Left a voicemail for the office manager to handle. That was August. Its February and its still wrong and never heard back from her. I will deal with it at my next appointment directly with the doctor.
I have been a patient of Dr Phelps for 3 years. She is kind, compassionate and very attentive and so is Sophia. However, their front office staff is consistently rude and dismissive. I will be relocating to another town soon and will use that as an opportunity to find another practice. Since so much of my interactions (online and over the phone) involve staff other than Dr Phelps, I prefer a practice that holds high standards for all staff, not just the doctors. Their front desk staff really needs improvement, as noted by the other reviewers.
