My son was traveling through the area when his heat shield started dragging. He was able to get to A & R Service Center and they were able to secure it and send him on his way. Thank you guys!

Very happy, got solid deal on a car. Dealer honest and did business with integrity. He found something $$$ wrong with vehicle while he was prepping it for us and he fixed it no additional charge. We have the car 2+ months now, no regrets! A&R handled dmv too. Some free advice in general, when buying new car go in knowing what car you want and if you don’t have knowledge/experience in buying a used car, swallow your pride and take that friend/acquaintance/uncle who knows about cars so you get the best outcome :). We would recommend A & R.
I basically paid $570 for nothing. And they were still expecting me to pay extra $70 for fixing what they messed up the first time.
I used to bring my car to this place because the owners and the front desk are very friendly and helpful, I have no complains whatsoever with this. However, recently i had an issue with my car, they told me it was due to the lower arm control, which was an expansive "repair". When they gave me my car back, it was worst than when i left it there. I brough my car two more times, and they said that the only issue they could find was unalignment. I trusted them with this due to the good relationship i thought i had with them, They did the alignment, and told me the noise should be gone "it wasnt" but that i had to pay them $70 more for that job on top of the $570 that i had already paid.
i tested the car and the noise was still there, and the car just like before i brought it with them.
I truly believe it is not the owners fault, as they have been very friendly with me in the past, but the mechanic they assigned to my vehicle seemed very sketchy. And I hope they fix this...
Until then i'd rather bring my business to another place where they will not try to play me like this again.
My husband had his a/c compressor repaired there after the belt snapped, and he barely made it to the shop. They did the repair while he waited, and he was able to get home. Highly recommended! You won’t go wrong. Paulie, Sal and their mechanic are the best!
