AAMCO was my first and only choice to repair my 2012 VW Beetle. They have the knowledge and the expertise. Outstanding customer service and totally trustworthy. They have an excellent team of experts to get your vehicle back on the road.
I recently moved to White Plains and was looking for a reliable mechanic. After repeated issues with Mavis, I decided to try AAMCO and I’m so glad I did. Mark and Jarrett were great. I called thinking my axle was the problem, and Mark offered to diagnose the issue for free. I brought my car in the next morning, and they had it back to me by lunchtime. Thankfully it wasn’t the issue I feared, but Mark discovered my front tire was loose, something a previous shop failed to tighten. He was professional, honest, and didn’t charge me for simply tightening the bolts. If you’re looking for knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanics, this is the place to go!
I can’t say enough about what a wonderful group of guys work here. Any car repair is unwanted but dealing with them, was honest and easy. They were totally professional and upfront about everything. I will definitely go back for any future repairs and recommend them to anybody needing work, they are not just a transmission place, they cover all car repairs. If i could give them 10 stars I would.
I came in very close to closing time and very panicked and crying because of an accident on the highway that sent a rock through my oil pan and engine but Mark helped me through the process and was very kind, honestly an amazing experience for me, I was very paranoid of auto shops but Mark showed me nothing but honesty and kindness. Love this shop!! if it was closer to home id make this a regular place to get my car checked up!! Amazing prices and even very human customer service, wish i could rate this 100 stars!! Thank you Mark!! :)
Jarret & Jeff are wonderful people! 10/10 customer service and we didn't actually get our vehicle serviced here (but definitely will when we need to!!)
My boyfriend and I were stranded on the side of the road with his pick up truck and a 35foot RV trailer. We called and Jeff and Jarret could not have been more helpful! They were offering any and all ideas to help us out however they could.
Jarrett was ready to come help move the trailer with his own vehicle! Jarrett gave the idea to call the dealership to see if the truck was covered under warranty and thankfully it is!
AAA came to tow the pickup truck and my bf's dad came to tow us with the trailer.
A big thank you to Jeff & Jarrett, they were offering a helping hand and we will never this experience!
