Jianna Quintana was truly excellent. She made sure to call me before the appointment to confirm and let me know her arrival time. She arrived precisely on time and did a very thorough job on my sectional, leaving my home neat and tidy. The sectional now looks great and smells fresh. Plus, the cost was very reasonable. Jianna’s friendly nature made her very approachable. My husband had a lot of questions, and she answered them all comprehensively. We will definitely use this company again, and I’ll also recommend them to friends and family.
I set up a meeting with them, but due to an emergency, they missed it. I felt upset, so I voiced my frustration with the owner. The owner showed great kindness and patience by resolving the issue for me. He prioritized sending his worker to my place and even cleaned my carpets for free. They did an outstanding job in a short time. I'll definitely rely on them for all my cleaning needs. Highly recommend!
