Acacia Network: Casa Promesa

I must admit, after reading some of the reviews, I did not want to attend Casa Promesa. But, I am so grateful that I did. When I arrived, I could not walk and was losing faith that I ever would. The physical therapy team greeted me on my first day and two months later I am leaving with a walker and new found hope. Along with the physical therapy, there was daily and weekly activities to participate and interact with the other residents. The place was always well maintained and clean. There is a cafeteria offering three meals a days and a variety of foods. The nursing staff is attentive and caring. I am so blessed to have spent my time at Casa Promesa healing, growing and learning how to walk again. Please don't hesitate in making a decision to come.

Casa promesa has offered me a safe place to be and Medically I get all the care. The staff from administration ,social service recreation, dietitian and nursing have give me all the support I need it.

Casa Promesa help me to be a better person. I get support from every staff from administration, social service and specially nursing. Medical department makes sure I get the right treatment and I feel free to approached the staff for any concerns. We go on trip that help us with our self stem and mental stimulation. We also have the coping skill groups that helps us with our substance abuse.

Casa Promesa was the first place that gave me a chance. I was able to stay in environment where I got cleaned from, drugs and alcohol. there is always room for improvement. You have to want change .
