I had To take Some time to write about my experience here at the Alegria Hotel. Let’s just say I feel like I’m on a dream vacation. Upon arrival I met Hadiaah Who took great care of me. I was originally booked for a king room, but they were not ready in time so I had upgraded to a Junior suite she put me in. It was one of the most comfortable rooms I’ve ever had. My dog was in love. Thank you for being so sweet Hadiaah And always keeping a smile on your face it’s A pleasure checking in with you. It was so amazing. I decided to book another two days here I went downstairs and met Marsha. Boy oh boy was Marsha Going to make my day. When I walked into my new room change, I was blown away by my ocean views. I think I have the best seat in the house in my opinion. This is by far the best vacation I’ve had in a long time and when I come back to New York, I will always be staying here if I can help it thank you so much for your great hospitality, warm smiles I, And keep in New York real 😘
I’d give Marsha 10000 stars if I could. She is the best, always so helpful and caring - even letting me use her own charger so that I could get some work done from my phone.
I immediately felt welcomed by her, and she truly made my stay at Allegria way better. :)
Also, the hotel is very clean, the rooms are comfortable and the views are spectacular. I’d love to return during summer time to enjoy outdoors.

Although Allegria is the only hotel in the Long Beach area, it's great to know that I will have a great experience as far as food, customer service and hotel cleaniness. The hotel has great views, great location, beach access and only 15mins from JFK. Customer service is great, the rooms are accommodating and very clean, the restaurant food and bar is really good. Sharon at the front desk was great. Lauren at the bar was a great server and friendly. The only problem I experienced was when I initially arrived at the hotel at 12pm and had to wait until 3pm to check in, the hotel accommodating me by holding my bags. I actually didn't check in until 2am and the front desk rep was horrible, I understand it's a grave yard shift but Customer service should still be present no matter what time it is. Overall I had a great time and will most likely be back.
My wife and myself went for Thanksgiving buffet dinner today. The food was tasty and plentiful. The service was great and the hotel manager even greater. Manager Jeff Artura made sure everything went smoothly. Visited each table and made sure you were taking care of. The bonus for us was the view from table was magnificent. The ocean view on one side and the city on the other side….cant beat that.
My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel to celebrate her birthday, and what could have been a stressful situation turned into a wonderful experience thanks to the exceptional staff. I accidentally double-booked through a third-party service, but the front desk associate, Marsha, went above and beyond to help resolve the issue quickly and kindly. Her warm personality, patience, and genuine desire to help made all the difference. She handled everything with professionalism and made sure my wife had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. We’re extremely grateful for her thoughtful service and will absolutely return. Highly recommended!
