Representative Jibril went above and beyond helping one of my family members at JFK Terminal 1 with the porter service. He was humble, respectful, professional, and very kind. Really appreciate his help excellent service all around.
Our flight to Rome was cancelled in the JFK electrical fire fiasco. Marie J, at the info services desk, was a huge help to us. When we could not get answers from the airline, she took my family and some of our fellow travelers to find help even after her shift was over, and continued to stay with us until we had a viable contact. She even checked in later in the day and the following day, to make sure we were okay. On a day filled with frustration, she went above and beyond, and we were so grateful for her kindness and assistance.
I found the Smarte Carte services easy to use and the staff was courteous and professional. I used their porter services in Jan-2023. I had already paid for a cart and they applied the charge to the porter charges. The manager Sarfaraz Ahmed made sure my family was assigned a porter. He even allowed us small suitcases free of charge to which we tipped generously.
