Did not receive what I asked for, or what I showed Patty. Will not go back, do not recommend. Only giving them two stars because they were nice.
My first time with Patty at Style in Action Hair Studio. I got a haircut and a blow out. I was introduced to Patty by my friend that has been doing her hair at this facility. Her hair was beautifully cut and styled so I wanted to give it a try myself as I am very fussy when it comes to my hair. Well, I'm happy to say that I couldn't be happier with my haircut and styling because Patty listened to what I was looking to achieve and she did exactly that. I highly recommend this place and Patty.

I made an appointment with Brianna using some sort of online booking system, and I was pleased with the experience! We arrived about 10 minutes early, but Brianna was able to take me back. I wanted to cut my hair to donate it, then do a wash and style. Brianna cut my hair using the standards that the organization outlined. After that, I got my hair washed and then the rest of my hair was cut. It did not take too long to get all of this done, which was awesome. During the appointment, Brianna made sure that the haircut was to my liking and asked if I wanted any products in it. I am not too familiar with how hair things work, so I just got some oil. The only thing I was a little sad about was that my hair was not dried after the shampoo and cut. My sister told me that is becoming more of a standard- I am used to people drying the hair after getting a wash. Overall, I had a positive experience here. Everyone else here was very nice, including the other clients! I would definitely recommend this location!
AWESOME CUT. AWESOME WAX. AWESOME STAFF. AWESOME SHOP. First time customer yesterday and I will definitely be back. Adrian cut my hair just like I described and I just love it. The shop atmosphere is upbeat and positive. The conversation with clients and between staff was so encouraging and happy. Thank you Adrian for a perfect cut and wax. God bless you.
