From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel comfortable and welcome. The front desk staff are friendly, accommodating, and always go out of their way to help. The student aides are attentive and supportive, and you can tell everyone genuinely cares about the patients.

North, my physical therapist, is absolutely amazing. He took the time to truly listen to my concerns and tailored my treatment to fit my specific condition. His expertise, compassion, and approachable personality made every session productive and encouraging. I always left feeling confident in my progress and grateful to be in such capable hands.

I highly recommend Dan Pfau, DPT and his team at ProCare Bridgewater. I underwent PT for 5 months after having ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair surgery. Dan is a master of his craft. Knowledgeable, highly skilled and experienced. He really cares about his patients, constantly checking in to make sure that things are progressing in the right direction. I am more than happy with my experience and recovery. The aids were very attentive and motivating making my sessions productive and fun (shout-out to Julianna and Chris) Administrative staff Page and Mare were always welcoming and very friendly. Page was my first point of contact, she was incredibly helpful and caring setting a positive tone for my entire experience at ProCare. Marie was always accommodating in scheduling my appointments and handled last-minute changes like a true professional.
Top notch facility. The workout space is open, very clean and flooded with natural light. Additionally, the clinic has a beautiful view, which added to the pleasant and relaxing environment during my visits😊 There is also a nice seating area in the lobby that you can use while waiting for your ride, which is a thoughtful touch for patient comfort.

I attended PT with Steve from February through November this year. From my first session, I knew this facility was different. All four of the Physical Therapists were super nice, the front desk staff welcoming, and the techs willing to stop and have a conversation with you. Everyone is willing to help you whether you are struggling with a stretch or to adjust one of the many machines. I really felt like everyone went above and beyond to assist me to get better. I would definitely recommend Procare to anyone who needs PT and know that should I need Physical Therapy again in the future, without a doubt this is where I would go without a second thought.
