Comfort Inn JFK Airport

My stay was excellent from start to finish! Alex provided outstanding customer service — friendly, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly. Check-in was quick and easy, and my room was perfect — clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed after a long day outside. The food was prepared diligently and promptly, and Saheed made sure it was just right. Overall, a great experience — I’d definitely stay here again!

We got in late 1130pm and their shuttle stopped running at 11pm , it was cold and blowing a gale and we picked the night some contractor was pressure washing the entire federal circle area. After 2 failed attempts at getting a lyft we finally got in and were pleasantly surprised at how efficient the staff was to get us checked in and our room while small served its purpose of providing a clean comfortable bed and shower for the night. Lets face it you are not going to stay here for your vacation...breakfast was basic but well managed. The manager was awesome. It's a good clean property with no drama. They need to provide shuttle service for late flights, otherwise it was good

Cool spot if you have a quick layover and need to fly out of jfk. It's very close and convenient. It was also under renovation in some parts but overall a clean and good hotel. The only downside is there is no on site parking. Nonetheless we'd definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay if landing late into JFK, the free shuttle bus was waiting at federal circle and we were at the hotel 10mins later. Checkin was quick and easy, the twins rooms are a good size compared to most hotels in New York. Room was clean, our only gripe was the airport noise as the hotel is on the landing path, so pretty noisy till midnight, then again from around 6am. Free breakfast was great. We used the free shuttle bus next day to the car rental, which is the last stop, ~40mins, so better to take an uber if in a rush. Would stay again, but take earplugs.
