Elmyra is always amazing and gentle though VERY thorough!! She explains everything along the way. I look forward to seeing her on my visits!! The receptionist, she’s a gem, so professional, always welcoming and polite!! She patiently accommodates my always indecisive appointment requests. All wonderful staff!! Dr. Garfinkel and his staff are very courteous and professional. My wife and I have been going to his practice since he's had his office across the street many years ago. I drive two hours from my home to the Bronx because he's the best!
