I cannot say enough good things about US patriot tactical and that’s after having a mistake made with my order...
Initially I ordered a plate carrier and upon delivery I realize the wrong (lower tier)carrier had been sent to me. Initially I was quite frustrated with the mistake however I gave them the opportunity to make it right and I will say firsthand that they went above and beyond to resolved my problem. So much in fact it’s the best experience of customer service I’ve had in quite a long time. Not only did they sent me the correct carrier on the spot but they also send it next day air.
My particular experience I dealt with their rep Sean and he was definitely on point, helpful and wasted no time in resolving my issue.
Buying new sets of boots and uniforms is never fun but I really appreciate the customer service I got from Tiffany. She was super friendly and helped me find my size and the perfect fit. It was a little difficult because my feet are so small for men's sizes and are normally very painful but she was able to help me find the perfect boot. I would highly recommend stopping by and working with her!
