Used Arb for the first time after a friend recommended them. So glad we did! Half the price of long term parking and way more convenient. The shuttle ride to the airport was 10 minutes and we were stopped right at our terminal (5). The driver was polite and the ride was smooth. When we got back, the shuttle took about 25-30 minutes to arrive. This driver was also super polite. Quick ride back to our car which was already on with the heat on - perfect since it was cold and rainy. We will only use Arb going forward.
ARB didn’t stick the landing.
My companions and I arranged to park at ARB on a rainy spring Friday. We parked the car and left the keys. ARB offers a complimentary shuttle to and from JFK, but we were running behind schedule, so we took a ride share to the airport.
Upon returning to NYC, we contacted ARB and they arranged for us to meet the shuttle at one of the JFK pickup points. The pickup process was efficient and took less than fifteen minutes. The ride back to ARB took another fifteen minutes due to there being pickups and drop offs at multiple airport terminals.
The reason for the two-star deduction is due to the thirty minutes we had to wait for the parking lot staff to dig out my car from the mass field of cars somewhere deep in the lot. Our shuttle driver seemed more concern for our comfort and satisfaction than the multiple lot employees.
NOTE: If you have an SUV, no matter how small it is (mine is smaller than a Camry… I looked it up), they’re going to charge you an extra $5 per day.
