Artis Senior Living of Commack

We moved my father in to Artis almost a month ago from the memory care unit of another assisted living facility. The transition was seamless and I can’t express enough how happy we are that we made this move.
My mother has been telling everyone how happy she is and she’s very hard to please!
It’s obvious that he is being well taken care of, but perhaps more importantly the training the staff receives here shows in every interaction. They are all kind, patient, understanding and appear to genuinely want to be working here and take great pride in their work. We look forward to seeing Dad hopefully continuing to improve with your staff’s encouragement!

One of the smartest decisions we ever made was moving ny dad into Artis, Commack. His care is personalized, The building is designed uniquely for dementia care unlike Anything you would find elsewhere. The Staff is knowledgeable, as well as compassionate.

My 95 year old dad moved from another assisted living community to the Artis Memory Care Community, and I feel like we hit the jackpot! Every administrator, manager, nurse, and care partner, is kind, helpful and patient. My father, who is not the easiest to please, is happy because he feels respected. My sister and I are at Artis every day at all different times of the day, and we’ve never been disappointed. The staff works seamlessly to provide a positive environment that makes the entire community safe, peaceful and full of good vibes.

From day one, Artis Senior Living of Commack has been a great experience for my mom who is 97. She is engaged, well taken care of, and has made friends. She is no longer isolated. The staff and facilities are wonderful. The difference Artis has made in her life and our life is amazing. While the whole staff is amazing, Sophie has been incredible getting my mother to join in activities and make friends. Sophie has a great rapport with every resident.

Artis Senior Living of Commack is a beautiful community supporting those with Memory Loss. I love the set up of neighborhoods with front doors, beautiful kitchens and living rooms that families can enjoy with their loved one. The staff is amazing! Chef George's food is out of this world and he will also accommodate picky eaters too. The staff is warm and welcoming and really take care such good care of the residents. You feel like HOME when you are at Artis.
