Artur and Jake have been absolutely great to me for probably about 10 years now. They answer every question timely and their service is outstanding. They know me by name, I have only had one claim but it was flawless. Do not be nervous if they are not local to you, I have been with them for 6 years and they have treated me better than any local agent has. Arthur and Jake are great, and great to deal with.
Jake is very customer oriented. I for whatever reason do not pay much attention to my insurance although I should, but I can always count on Jake to take care of my needs, from reminding me to look at my renewal notices and to help out with any claims that I may have in the system. I recommend him whole heartedly.
I have done business with Artur and staff (mostly Jacob) since 2012 and are very pleased with their services. They are very prompt, courteous, and professional. Even the Allstate website is easy to use, make payments, and track any claims online.
I highly recommend them.
I only have great things to say about Artur. I was unhappy with my prior insurance provider, a friend referred me to Artur at Allstate. He was easy to work with, helpful and responsive. He got me set up with a policy and have been very satisfied since switching over. He checks in routinely to just see how I’m doing, it really shows he cares about the well being of his clients. Highly recommend!
