Lack of response & lack of timeliness, but good quality. We ordered over $350 worth of product and it took two voicemails, and repeated emails and online chats before we received a response. Also, the delivery time was almost twice as long as the quoted creation/shipment time listed online at the time of purchase. However, we did receive our product with a few days to spare, and the material is very good quality and fits well.
I bought a kilt set, and the product was fair quality, not amazing, but very exceptional for the price. Unfortunately, my set was shipped without the hose socks and I have put in 3 emails with a single response over a month ago, saying the socks would be sent out. Still no socks and no more replies to my emails. Add another 13-20 dollars onto the cost of this set now. If you want an affordable "set" that may or may not be shipped complete, you may want to take the gamble. Otherwise spend a few more dollars and maybe try to find a local shop.
