My problem with Avanti is that they ignore my request when I ask to identity what are the names of the meds in the packet breakfast, noon, evening and bedtime they just will not tell me my wife takes a lot of meds and we do not know what pill is what. Very disappointed tom
Avanti Healthcare Services has been amazing to me for over five year's now helping me get my medication's on time, & the employee's there are more then respectful/helpful all the time. I thank you so much for being there when I need you. The kindness, & respect is wonderful.
Avanti has been great with quick delivery. My only complaint is when I called to order more supplies from tonya the infusion specialist she was extremely rude to me and wasnt helpful what so ever. I have been dealing with avanti for my mothers hospice care and tonya could be a little more knowledgeable and compassionate when dealing with patients and costomers.
