Gail, at the New Hyde Park store, is a “gem” and a fantastic asset. She is a “foundation of information!” - so helpful and patient. Gail actually looked up my medications to check on any contradictions with my purchases. She also suggested specific vitamins for my health concerns.

This was my first time going to this location and my first time going since the COVID-19 pandemic. It was smooth and easy. I knew what I wanted and needed so that helped a lot. The staff was sensitive to my needs. I would definitely go back but advise people to call before you go to make sure they have what you need if you need it right away.

Excellent vitamin supplements. Outstanding customer service. Products are expensive, but watch for specials where you can pick up supplements at a discounted price. Staff super knowledgeable and always friendly and respectful. On street parking in front is metered so be careful. Always have your 25 cents for the meter as the Village of New Hyde Park is mega aggressive in enforcing the metered parking.

Went in on a Sunday. Being from out of town, I expected to get ripped off and upsold. Not only was the lady patient and knowledgable, but she educated me further on certain ways vitamins work. I recieved my vitamins a smarter man and will likely order from them on the phone or online in the future and have the vitamins sent to me in Colorado. Go to the village store on a Sunday and you will be glad you did. I don't know the lady's name but she has a wonderful slight accent.
