We have been working with Catskill Farms for 13 years. We have done site work on 60+ homes throughout the years which includes clearing the lots, digging foundations, installing septic systems, and landscaping. Chuck and his staff are attentive to customer requests and work tirelessly to solve problems and create the vision that customers dream of. Our Catskill Farms journey was very successful and we love our home.

In 2021, we spent time researching building a house from scratch, decided we were up for the challenge and bought a piece of land in the Catskills. After facing immediate supply chain challenges and having a loss-of-faith moment with a contractor, we quickly came to the realization that we were going to waste a lot of money and time vetting vendors and sourcing materials in a difficult market. We needed to find a partner that we could trust to guide us through all of the unforeseen challenges involved in building a new home in the Catskills.

That new partner was Catskill Farms and it was a fortuitous change. They know the area and have great vendor relationships. They are constantly working on new projects which means their subcontractors are very responsive to their needs and prioritize Catskill Farms projects.
In addition, our home received a high insulations rating (1.19 ACH50 - blower door test) and subsequent vendors have remarked on the great quality of the house's electrical wiring.

Catskill Farms has built many houses so they know how to complete a quality product from start to finish. That’s what we were counting on and that’s what was delivered.

As a real estate agent I have sold literally millions of dollars of Catskill Farms' homes. I have sold both new construction and resale. Not one of my resale clients sold because of any other reason than life changes. All of them were reluctant to do so, they really loved their Catskill Farms house. They were financially rewarded by their sales price - these home have fantastic resale value. I have also had clients that entered the buying process early on, when the home was just a foundation or framed out. They were able to work with Catskill Farms to customize finishes to their own tastes. Not one of my new construction buyers have had regrets. I just had cocktails at a happy new owner's home. They absolutely love their new home.
