Stevens Manor Apartments

I've been renting apartments here for the third year now, it's an amazing place, very cozy, with a great location, wonderful staff who take care of the complex and its residents every day!

Apartments are very beautiful and clean. If there is any issue that comes up, maintenance will come right away to assist. Cheri who is the property Manager is a wonderful human being. The best apartments in Middletown right now without a doubt.

A decent family & working oriented apartment residence the grounds are well kept, they have electric car charging stations, a playground, laundry room & pool in the warm weather. My only concern is having personal access to buildings they have cameras but like the laundry room only residents should be able to access apartments with a special key

I have been a tenant here for almost three years now, apartments are beautiful and updated inside and very spacious! Hot water, heat, garbage removal included in rent. Pool in the summer for tenants to use and on site laundry with a great security system ! Maintenance team is always on call if you ever need them. Our experience here has been great and I have no complaints!!

My family and I lived at Stevens Manor for over 4 years. We absolutely loved living there. The staff is amazing. Cheri was always prompt with responses and a pleasure to work with. The maintanence team (Manny and Mike) is FANTASTIC and always there to help. I can't say enough about how great the Steven's Manor team is.

The pool is a plus! Super quiet and they have a lifeguard on duty
