Easily 5 star. Ralph is a go to guy and makes any haircut look effortless. The people in the store will do the most to make you look professional. As Ralph always says, we cut hair, but never cut corners!!!

I can’t say enough great things about Avi’s Barber Shop! I’ve been coming here for a while now, and every visit has been an excellent experience. The shop itself is always clean, welcoming, and has a great vibe. The staff is professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in their work.

I usually book my haircut with Ralph, and let me tell you—this guy is a master at his craft! He’s precise, detail-oriented, and always takes the time to make sure you’re walking out looking and feeling your best. Whether it’s a fade, a cleanup, or a beard trim, Ralph absolutely nails it every single time. He listens carefully to what you want and somehow manages to make it even better than you imagined. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in every cut he does.

One time, I came in and Ralph wasn’t available, so I decided to try a different barber—and I have to say, I was still extremely impressed! The consistency in quality across the entire team is amazing. It’s clear that everyone here is highly skilled and trained to the same high standard. No matter who you go to, you’ll be in good hands.

I also really appreciate how easy it is to book an appointment and how well they stick to their schedule—no endless waiting around like at other places. Plus, their prices are very reasonable for the level of service and quality they provide.

Just moved into the neighborhood and was looking for a barbershop for my son. I decided to try Avis barbershop and I was happy with Roman. He was very patient with my son and gave him an amazing cut. It's easy to find parking. Always a pleasant experience! Highly recommend!!

Been going here for years. The whole crew is funny, respectful, and professional. Cuts are good. The shop and tools are clean. Plenty of parking down Boston Ave.

This guy is AMAZING! Just went in for a trim and he gave me the best haircut I have had in YEARS. He also gave my back a shave and all of it at an incredibly reasonable price. I can't recommend him enough. By far the best barber in Chelsea. A+++
