Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Really appreciate their non judgmental messages and family worship services.
We’ve been at Beacon Church for almost 10 years and counting. It is an incredible, diverse spiritual family that is Christ and Gospel-centered, truly living out its mission each day (not just on Sundays) to Love God, Love People, Grow in Christ, and Serve the World. Our pastors, staff, and ministry leaders are so inviting no matter where you are at in your spiritual journey - investing and guiding in each individual in such a personal way.
We’ve been attending Beacon for a few years now, and absolutely love this community of people. During the pandemic, the church pulled together in many different ways to support and love the community around us - from delivering groceries and shovelling snow for the elderly, to donating gift cards and opening a food pantry for people who may have lost their jobs, or generally to those in need. Our pastors use every chance to remind us why we (our church) exist - to love and serve people and to point them to Jesus. Being reminded of that vision and purpose for us as individuals and as a church is what makes me love Beacon.
Beacon is amazing place to worship and praised God. The people here are awesome because they make the church. Beacon is a body of believers that live out the Gospel in their words and actions. It’s a multi-ethnic, multi-cultural body of believers; very diverse. Many attendees are from the community and they invest their time and effort to outreach to their own community as well. Give Beacon a chance, you will enjoy your time there.
My family has been attending Beacon church for about 11 years. Throughout that time we have experienced leadership that is really sensitive to the need of the community and the call of Christ. We have experienced Brothers and sisters who have cried with us, laughed with us and mourned with us. The leader ship of the church aims to not only make disciples of those attending but also do good works in the community. It’s a wonderful place to learn more about God or to deepen your relationship if you already know Him. 10/10 highly recommended
