Excellent Medical group. Never had any trouble getting appointments or getting the staff to listen to the problem. I am grateful for the doctors here they have truly helped in so many ways I don't even know where to start. With all of that said they do refer you to local providers for many things and that is a different problem the local providers of NJ are terrible if you go into Pennsylvania it's little better but not by enough. Impossible to get an appointment on the same week. Usually 2 or 3 weeks out.
The customer service by Airman Powell is exceptional! She definitely makes you feel like you're important and she's sincere while doing it. Airman Powell goes above and beyond to see that you're taking care of. Great job!
The McGuire AFB has a very difficult job. I have never had a problem with my PCM’s. My kids and my wife have Been taken care of every time they need to visit. I would recommend this clinic to all military members. Thank you to the staff for working so hard and receiving such little credit.
