The customer service is excellent. The quality of the products are very good. I find the sheets and pillow covers very comfortable. They have also included little helpful tags to find the head/foot of the fitted sheets which is a nice bonus. I would definitely recommend and repurchase these bedding items again. I've had a Bedgear M3 for about 3 years and an S3 for about a year. They are two of the most comfortable mattresses I've ever slept on! So it was a no-brainer when furnishing my rental property to outfit the bedrooms all with Bedgear mattresses too! So far every single guest who has stayed has commented on how comfortable the beds are.
