My husband and I bought a single family home in Holmes NY. We are newlyweds so we were on a very tight budget, Michael Kahn's was very understanding and said we would tour as many houses as we needed until we found the perfect one. Michael was a pleasure to work with he was very accommodating with hours we could tour homes. I liked that he would schedule a few houses to look at since it was a far drive from where we were located. Michael went above and beyond even on his own time given us updates on our current home. From contract to closing our house was a challenge but Michael helped it along every chance he got. We would highly recommend him. . . . .
