I don't usually write reviews but when you're extremely happy with services provided, why not share your pleasant experience. Well, I've been meaning to write this review for a while but in all honestly, my procrastination held me hostage. Today I was thinking about my Father, who passed away. I was lost for a bit until I happened to drive by Billings Memorial and that's where I met Karen. She was just phenomenal!! She never rushed or pushed anything on me, like most sales people do. Her patience and guidance were invaluable. My Brother and I were very pleased with her follow through, Updates and ability to take the reigns and keep us involved. This purchase happened during the pandemic, which caused some delays but we were always fully informed. Then it finally arrived, the Friday before Memorial weekend and thats when the other star of this review appeared - MATT. He was kind enough to hang out and give us a sneak peak at our purchase. He removed it from the crate and within a week, he installed it in the plot. He clearly took time and put forth an amazing effort, my mother was very pleased. The Obelisk Monument itself, is a great representation of the rock my father was for my family. Sorry for the long winded review but if you're ever lost and in a situation, like I was. Then look no further, make this part of life easier. Just stop by Billings Memorial, they will take care of you.
