Excellent experience with Frank and the team at Boston Road Collision.
I mean from my first interaction at the front desk to the finished product everyone was extremely professional, polite, you just don’t see this type of customer service to often. They repaired damage to a door on my Jeep Grand Cherokee and I was highly impressed with the quality of work, my vehicle was also ready ahead of schedule

AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH. They make me want to almost get into another car accident just to experience that AMAZING AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGAIN. They kept me informed throughout the process. The schedule date of completion was 05/13/2025, but they said that they will be finished before that date and they did when they called me on 05/08/2025 saying that the vehicle was ready. They surprised me so much that I wasn't able to get the car, until 2 days later and the job they did was BEYOND AMAZING. I have some minor repairs (not relating to the car accident) to do on other parts of the vehicle and once my money is saved up, I will be going back to them FOR SURE.

Eric, Frank (the owner) and the rest of the team are awesome! I didn’t need any repairs done, but I simply wanted my rims blacked out and my headlight accents to be gloss black, they came through and made it happen! They also put on the black Hyundai emblems for me! It looks so dope, I am super happy with the way my car came out! They did a fantastic job!
